    My partner and I finally filmed our final task project during spring break. It was really exciting because we had been ready for many days now. Our first filming day was on Saturday the 27th. We arrived at the park by my house. This is the first location that we had to film at. It was nice outside and the weather was perfect. We arrived at 12pm. We went over our dialogue scene multiple times to make sure we knew what we had to say. This is the only scene that Jackson will be in.  Jackson is played by my partner's little brother, Percy. We picked an empty field of grass to film at and got started. It was a little hard to get him to cooperate with us. He is only 5 years old and his attention span is all over the place.  Hello, it is officially the first day of Spring Break. This is really exciting news because I am really looking forward to the break. It's also exciting because we will be beginning our filming process. This is defiantly the most exciting part of this entire project. It's what I consider the most fun part of this final task. We are ready to go, my partner and I. We have planned everything out and are now just waiting for the day to come. We realized that we should have maybe filmed earlier but we still have plenty of time later to fix our mistakes. If mistakes do come along, but hopefully that's not the case. We are also prepared if anything goes wrong. We know that we have to take care of her little brother while he is filming with us. Percy, who is playing Jackson is only 5 years old.  Today's update on our final task process. I wanted to go into detail about our movie and how we came up with our ideas. First the actor's names. I, Fatima Faya will be playing Georgia. Georgia is the best friend and godmother. Allura will be played by Suzie Louis. Allura is Jackson's mother who gets tragically murdered by Georgia. Jackson is played by Suzie's younger brother, Percy. Together we will all begin filming during Spring Break. I got my inspiration from a new Netflix show called Ginny and Georgia. One of the characters is named Georgia. She is a really outgoing character who is bold and charismatic. I really liked her so I decided to name the character from our movie after her. My partner was reading a book and came across Allura. She really seemed to like it and chose to name the character she is playing Allura. When it comes to Percy's character, Jackson.   My partner and I still have not begun filming. As the days get closer to filming day we become more prepared. We know exactly everything we have to do. Everyone who we need to film with us is also prepared. We have all our props and know exactly what we need to bring. My partner and her little brother are ready. We will start on March 28th, which is a Saturday. The first location will be at my partner's house and then we will move on to my house. However, we will film at my house the next day. We will film during the daytime to ensure we have good lighting. Also, our film is planned to be filmed during the daytime anyways. This process shouldn't take us long but you never know. We could face challenges but the important part is we get what we need to do done. It's our responsibility to make sure everything is done correctly.    My partner and I still haven't started our filming process. We agreed that we wanted to begin filming during spring break. We are both available during these times. Also, we have many days after to correct ourselves if we encounter any problems. It's important for me that we get everything right and don't make any mistakes. So on the offside, if we do encounter mistakes we can fix them and refilm if we need to. Refilming can be tricky especially if we don't notice it right away. We don't want to feel rushed or anything. Our filming process should only take two days if everything goes well. We only have two locations that we have to film at. My house and my partner's house. We live very close to each other so getting from one place to another won't be difficult. We are gonna film inside the house and a little bit outside. Also, we will need to make sure her little brother is available. We have to pick an hour when all of us are out of school. However, not ...

    Now that we have completed the planning and research part of our final task. It is time to begin the filming and editing process. We have our schedule all set and we know what days we need to film. Our parents have allowed us to work together in the first place, so meeting up won't be a problem. We still need to gather some materials and figure out a few things. We have to make sure that before we begin filming we have everything we need so we don't have to do it again. I created a small list of all the props we need for the first scene. Fortunately, we don't have to go out and buy anything all of our prop we already own. We also have to figure out what we want to do for costume and makeup. We defiantly have an idea but haven't established a full costume. Also depends on what scene we're doing. When making our storyboard we wanted to make sure that each scene was 6 slides. In the first picture, we had the scene where Allura and her son, Jackson are playing. In the background, you can see a figure. That is Georgia who is lurking in the background.  In the second scene, we have Georgia and Allura having a conversation. Allura is asking her to be Jackson's godmother. She's excited and thankfully accepts. Unfortunately in the next scene, Allura dies and it doesn't seem to be a suicide. She gets hit in the back with a hammer and collapses. She then drowns in the bathtub. A weird suicide note is left on the bed. The police come and at first, do believe it's a suicide but things don't add up. At the funeral, Georgia lies and pretends she's sad when it's quite the opposite.   Scheduling:   My partner and I will begin filming on March 27th. We will film all of the scenes that are in the park first. That is scenes 1-2. On March 28th we will film scenes 3-4 at my house, this will end our filming.  Editing will begin on the same day, March 28th. I and my partner will then edit our film at S&F Studios to put the film together, it should be finished on the same day.
